The Rotary Club of Inner Peace follows the aims and objectives of Rotary International, emphasizing the cultivation of inner peace. Recognizing that world peace is a significant initiative of Rotary International, the Rotary Club of Inner Peace aims to further that principle by promoting inner peace for its members and by expanding its societal influence, recognizing that inner peace is the foundation of world peace.
This will be accomplished through the typical Rotary programs, promoting the 4-Way Test by exploring its practical aspects in our personal and collective endeavors, practicing service above self, and exploring various opportunities to achieve inner peace as a stepping stone to creating world peace.
One of the main principles on which this club is founded is harmony among members. We aim to achieve this by handling differences with mature wisdom, mutual respect, a willingness to listen objectively, and a mindful approach to diversity as a positive source of unified action. The key to such harmony is putting service above self.
Rotary comprises a very diverse group of people, and this club aims to include people from many different walks of life, beliefs, faiths, national origins, etc. The common bond we all share is practicing service above self in Rotary and in our personal and professional lives.
